Kit Kirk Photography is based in Durham, NC and specializes in fun, family-friendly, affordable photography. I do photo sessions on location either at your home or at a a picturesque outdoor spot. Sessions include up to 2 hours of shooting time so there's plenty of time for clothing changes/snacks/breaks/etc. My goal is for the shoot to be fun and relaxing for all involved because that's when the best pictures are taken!

In addition to portrait photography, my husband, Shane (and I, occasionally) photograph nature/architecture. In the galleries link above, you'll find some of our work. If you have a special location that you'd like photographed, we'd be happy to help you -- imagine giving someone a gift of a beautiful photo of a location dear to his/her heart (the place you were engaged/married, an alma mater, a childhood home, etc.).

OTHER NEWS:

I will have a display of images at the CoolKidz Expo in Raleigh. The expo is at the Raleigh Convention center on April 17th and 18th.
